For a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL, your name, Email, Address, Certification, Contact number.

For an AMBULANCE OWNER, your company’s name, Address, Email, Drivers contact & Driver’s license.


Certain computer information that is generally considered non-personal information, is automatically collected when you use our app or website through your computer or mobile phone.


Where you choose to use our services, we collect payment information through our payment processor. All payment information is securely stored by our payment processor and we do not have access to your sensitive information, such as credit card number or pin number.


We make use of third-party tracking tools to improve the performance and features of our app. These third-party tracking tools are designed to collect only non-personal information about your use of our app or website. However, you appreciate that such tools are created and managed by third-parties outside our control, and as such, we are not responsible for what information is actually captured by such third parties or how such third parties use and protect that information.
